このたび、鎌田茶業株式会社は、都城地区食品衛生協会より「都城地区食品衛生協会長賞（優良施設）」を受賞いたしました。

今回の表彰は、弊社が日頃より取り組んでいる食品衛生管理、製造現場における衛生意識の向上、ならびに安全・安心な製品づくりへの継続的な取り組みを評価いただいたものです。

鎌田茶業では、HACCPの考え方に基づいた衛生管理を早期より取り入れ、日々の製造記録・衛生記録・品質管理の徹底に努めてまいりました。

また、有機JAS認証工場として、原料管理・工程管理・記録管理にも真摯に取り組み、製造に関わるスタッフ一人ひとりが衛生意識を高く持ちながら、日々の業務に向き合っています。

弊社の工場は、決して新しい工場ではありません。最新設備ばかりが整った工場でもありません。

それでも、食品を扱う企業として、衛生管理、安全・安心、そしてお客様からの信頼には常に細心の注意を払い、一つひとつの作業と記録を地道に積み重ねてまいりました。

今回、このような形で評価いただけたことは、現場で日々真面目に取り組んでくれているスタッフの努力が認められたものと受け止めております。

今後も今回の受賞を励みに、日本茶・抹茶をはじめとする製品づくりを通じて、皆さまに安心してお楽しみいただける商品をお届けできるよう、より一層努めてまいります。

私たちは、日々の製造現場での衛生管理、記録管理、品質管理を地道に積み重ねてまいりました。

派手な取り組みではありませんが、「安心して飲んでいただけるお茶をつくる」という当たり前のことを、当たり前以上に大切にしてきたつもりです。

今回の表彰は、現場で真面目に取り組んでくれているスタッフ一人ひとりの努力が認められたものだと感じております。

【Announcement】KAMADA Tea Industry Recognized as an Excellent Facility for Food Sanitation Management

Thank you for your continued support of SATSUMAEN and KAMADA Tea Industry Co., Ltd.

We are pleased to announce that KAMADA Tea Industry Co., Ltd. has received the Miyakonojo District Food Sanitation Association Chairman’s Award for Excellent Facility.

This recognition acknowledges our ongoing commitment to food sanitation management, hygiene awareness in our production facility, and continuous efforts to manufacture safe and reliable tea products.

At KAMADA Tea Industry, we introduced hygiene management based on the principles of HACCP at an early stage, and we have continued to strengthen our daily production records, sanitation records, and quality control practices.

As an organic JAS-certified facility, we also place great importance on raw material control, process management, documentation accuracy, and shared awareness among all staff involved in production.

Our factory is not a brand-new facility. It is not a facility equipped only with the latest machinery.

Even so, as a company handling food products, we have always placed the highest priority on hygiene management, safety, and customer trust. We have built our operations step by step through careful daily work and consistent record-keeping.

We believe this award recognizes the sincere efforts of our production team, who have continued to work diligently behind the scenes every day.
